What is Prked?

Prked is a marketplace for parking, storage, and boat docking spaces. Renters find affordable spots from verified neighbors, and hosts earn passive income from unused space. If you see a charge from Prked on your bank statement, it’s likely for a reservation made on prked.com.

I don’t recognize a charge from Prked on my statement.

If you or someone in your household didn’t make a reservation, visit prked.com/refund to request a refund. Our team will investigate and resolve it quickly—usually within 24 hours. This is faster and easier than filing a dispute with your bank.

How do I cancel a reservation?

Go to your dashboard, select the reservation, and tap Cancel. Standard reservations receive an automatic refund upon cancellation (minus the non-refundable service fee). Monthly reservations cancel at the end of the current billing period.

How long does a refund take?

Once approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Is my payment secure?

Yes. All payments are processed through Stripe, which uses industry-standard encryption. We never store your full card details. Payments are held securely until your booking is complete.

How do I update my payment method?

Go to your dashboard, then Profile. You can add a new card, remove old ones, or set a default payment method from there.

Can I transfer my reservation to someone else?

Yes. From your reservation details page, you can generate a transfer link or send a transfer email to another person. They’ll receive access to the space for the remaining duration.

How do hosts get paid?

After each completed booking, earnings are automatically transferred to the host’s connected bank account. Hosts can view their earnings, transactions, and payout history from their dashboard.

What if I have a problem with the space I booked?

Contact us at help@prked.com with your reservation details. If the listing was inaccurate or you couldn’t access the space, we’ll work with you to resolve it—including a full refund if appropriate.

How do I become a host?

Go to prked.com/hosting and click Get Started. You’ll add your address, upload a photo, set your price, and go live in minutes. You approve every booking and set your own availability.
