How long does a refund take?

Once approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Can I cancel my reservation instead?

Yes. If your reservation is upcoming, you can cancel it directly from your dashboard. Standard reservations receive an automatic refund upon cancellation (minus the non-refundable service fee). Monthly reservations cancel at the end of the current billing period.

What is Prked?

Prked is a marketplace for parking, storage, and boat docking spaces. If you see a charge from Prked on your bank statement, it’s likely for a reservation you or someone with access to your card made on prked.com.

I don’t recognize this charge at all.

If you or someone in your household didn’t make a reservation on Prked, submit a refund request above and we’ll investigate and resolve it quickly—usually within 24 hours. This is faster and easier than filing a dispute with your bank.

Will I get a full refund?

For standard reservations canceled before the start time, you receive a full refund minus the non-refundable service fee. For charges you didn’t authorize, we’ll issue a complete refund after investigation.
